They open up at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is barely near our spot but we arrived 10mins late as a consequence of elevator traffic. I was not knowledgeable they by now cancelled my reservation and specified my timeslot to another unexpectedly.All round, I wouldn't propose this spa to Many others, as the cancellation unexpectedly was incredibly unprofessional and induced me many inconvenience.
